As a customer of Etsy you provide authorized information to the company so that once a purchase is made the order can be fulfilled by my shop. I use the information which you have provided to Etsy solely for this purpose. Information includes: Name, Postal Address, Email Address, and type of payment whether it is by charge card or Paypal. No other information associated with financial payment, other than type of payment, is provided to me.

The only time JustDottieForPaper will share or use your date is when processing your order, shipping through the United States Postal Service, to settle disputes or for customer service. I will not pass on this information to a 3rd party for purposes other than to comply with Etsy seller obligations or for legal or tax obligations.

Your account and purchase information is stored in the Etsy system. Any electronic correspondence or written records above and beyond that between myself and a buyer will be deleted after 8 years, which is why I request correspondence between us be through Etsy convo and only via email if there is no convo response from buyer or seller. Therefore, if you have any questions or need to contact me, please convo me through the Etsy convo button, the official message system within Etsy.

Information that you provide to Etsy is governed and stored by the company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to 3rd parties that I don't own or control including Etsy or any third party services through Etsy.
